How To Refresh Your Bread & Pastries

If you are planning to enjoy Burnt Honey bread & pastries on Christmas Day we advise that bread and pastries will do well to be refreshed in the oven before eating, use the information below as a guide:
NOTE: Always pre-heat your oven and feel free to throw them in with something else at a similar temp
Give them a little sprinkle with water first for best results
Sourdough 200C for 10 minutes
Jerusalem, baguettes, fougasse & focaccia 200C for 5 minutes
Pastries 170C for 5 minutes
