Burnt Honey Bakery Sticky Date Pudding
Ingredients:
Dates, Caster Sugar, Butter(dairy), Wheat Flour(gluten), Brown Sugar, Eggs, Cream(dairy), Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Ginger Powder, Salt
How to Bake:
1. Preheat our oven to 160C
2. Remove the cardboard top from your pudding and place the pudding (in the foil) onto a baking tray
3. Bake for 20-25mins or until warm through to the middle. This may take more or less time depending on your oven, you can check with a thermometer or by poking a butter knife into the middle for a few moments, removing and checking the temperature of the knife.
4. Serve on its own or with a generous scoop of vanilla bean ice-cream.
