Organic Whole Rye Flour is the whole rye grain gently ground in a stone mill. All of the bran, endosperm and germ is retained. Rye flour has a distinct flavour profile and gives a darker baked product than wheat flour. It also has a lower gluten content than wheat flour.

Must be cooked before consuming.
