About Us

Burnt Honey is a small bakery on the Central Coast of NSW. We opened our first store on the beach at Copacabana in late 2019, now have two stores, supply a number of local cafes and store with fresh bread and pastries, as well as running local baking workshops, creating stunning wedding cakes and stocking a range of quality baking tools and books.
