Shipping policy

Our business operated from Wednesday to Sunday, items will be shipped Wednesdays to Fridays and as such, while we endeavour to ship all items within 2 business days, on occasion it may take up to 7 days for your item to ship.

If it has been more than 7 days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation please email orders@burnthoneybakery.com.au to enquire regarding the status of your order.
