Order Processing

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way or advise of any delays.

Store Pickup

Orders can be picked up daily during opening hours. Pickup location and time can be selected at checkout. For opening hours and address details please click here

Most baked goods require a minimum of 2-3 business days notice to allow sufficient time for our team to prepare your order. Some items are only available for pickup on specific date or days of the week, these details are clearly noted in the respective product pages.


Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using the shipping provider selected at checkout. If an items is out of stock will will notify you as soon as possible to advise expected ship date. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
