Order Changes:
Once your deposit has been paid and your order has been finalised, if you request changes after payment we may update your quote to reflect these changes. We reserve the right to reject changes with insufficient notice.

Pricing:
Due to the fluctuating price of produce and ingredients, we reserve the right to review our pricing for orders placed 12 months or more in advance. Changes will be communicated at least 1 month prior to your event with clear itemisation of any additional charges required. We will also provide options to adjust your order to keep it to the original price paid.

Payment:
Production of your order will not commence until payment has been made in full. As such if the payment is made late we may not be able to complete your order as planned and reserve the right to make simplifications where necessary to complete your order in time.

Allergens and Intolerances:
All baked goods are made on premises in which wheat flour, nuts, dairy and eggs are used. While every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate, we cannot completely eliminate the possibility of cross contamination with these ingredients and as such we recommend that anyone with severe allergies to these ingredients not eat our goods.

Storage and Transport:
At Burnt Honey we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. All of our ingredients are of the highest quality. It is important to remember that baked goods are perishable and delicate products and must be handled and stored carefully.

We take no responsibility for damage to orders or improperly stored orders after they have left our care. Cakes are best transported in a large esky with an ice-brick if travelling a long distance. Failing this, the footwell of the passenger seat of your car with the air-con on may suffice. If you are transporting a cake we will happily offer transport advice on request. Storage and shelf life information will be provided throughout the ordering process, please request if this is not provided to you.

Warning:
If you have purchased a tiered cake please be aware that it will be structured with food-safe dowel, please instruct the relevant party to remove these before serving.

Payment of your order constitutes agreement to these terms.
