Introducing the newest member of the pastry cabinet family: our Pain Suisse. This crispy babe is our take on a traditional French pastry, the name translates to "Swiss Bread". Why? I can't seem to figure out. Regardless, the flavours of rich vanilla custard and choc chips wrapped in flaky croissant pastry are pretty universal. If they sell well, we'll keep 'em. If not? G'bye.
