Our challah is super soft and fluffy, dairy free and sweetened with honey. We also make it semi-sourdough so although we also use commercial yeast the sourdough culture makes this white bread a lot easier for your tummy to process.

For Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year) we shape our challah into rounds and offer a raisin version too.
