Our recipe is deeply inspired by the kremna rezina of Lake Bled, Slovenia and is made with handmade spelt puff pastry bade with Pepe Saya butter, sandwiching a layer of vanilla crème pâtissière and vanilla crème chantilly. Topped with a dusting of icing sugar.
