By now you all know (and likely love) our Vanilla Slice. A Slovenian/Australian hybrid of vanilla cream layered on right vanilla custard, sandwiched between crisp layers of our house-made puff pastry.
She's taken a break from the menu recently but we're bringing her back for Father's Day and have loaded the cream with as much Bailey's as we could manage without compromising the structural integrity of this glorious dessert, topped with just a touch of cinnamon sugar to boot.
Available by the single portion or in a slab for Dad to share - or enjoy on his own, we're not here to judge.
