We whip Pepe Saya butter with brown sugar and lashings of ground cinnamon then fold it into our soft and fluffy bun dough, twisting it into a tricky knot before topping with crunchy pearl sugar. Taking a bite of one of our buns transported me straight back to a bakery that we visited in Halmstad Sweden, we feel very strongly that we've done these beauties justice.
